eddywards: CAF'S B'DAY

Today we headed into the city for Caf's b'day.
It also happened to be CNY today so not everybahdy could make it.

Jess, Wynne & Judie.

I was still drawing on the train and tram, HAH. Also I got no sleep so my mood varied wildly today between delirious, half-baked crazy and complete stoner.
Funny story: while we were walking there, a car started to honk at us really aggressively as we were crossing the road from the tram. We ignored him cos we kinda assumed he was honking at us rudely, maybe because we were Asian or something. Then we heard a lady shouting "Your wallet!!" and turns out Jess had dropped her wallet in the middle of the road.

Walked up to Brunetti to have brunch.

I really like the ordering system there, they give you a Boomerang bleeper. I was really feeling my sleep deprivation while I was ordering: I was basically muttering incomprehensible gibberish, and halfway through ordering I dropped my wallet and myki, and then went to pick it up and left the cashier hanging for ages.

As I said though, Brunetti was super nice. This was my iced chocolate, it was awesome. So worth it.

Then we brought out the candles and cake. We're trying to use these candles for every birthday this year.

We were all pretty full, we couldn't even finish this cake slice.

I'm the garbage bin of the group so I basically ate all the desert.

Choo had to leave early, she had places to go.

I had to find somewhere to bind Caf's comic before I gave it to her.
I chose the floor in Coles.

Gave the comic to Caf on the train. We successfully deceived and also disgusted her with the cover, LOL. But she loved it, I'm glad :)

Headed back to Caf's house to play some gaaaames. We gave her presents first though.

First game we played was a card game, where you pass along cards. The person with the Joker at the end loses. And there was also a clapping rhythm game which I sucked at, and a chicken game, where you stand on one leg for the longest. I won the chicken game and made Jess lose the card game by changing the seating order and she had to eat half a garlic.

The next game was the telepathy game.
You had to shout out random questions and answers and try and match them without use of your hearing.

Jo: "In the event of a fire, do not scream?"
Jess: "HOLD MY POODLE"

These guys didn't match any.

Caf: "WAAAAT?"

Wilson: "You're dying to pee, but your siblings need to go. What do you do?"

Caf: "USE HOMAN AS A SHIELD"

Wyn: "When you're extremely angry with somebody, what do you say?"
Jo: "ARGH my BALLS!" ... (shrugs)

Judie: "GIT OFFA MAH LAWN."

LOL nobody won or lost that round I think, but it was hilarious.

Next was the Lemon Game.
Cruel, this game was.
You rolled a die which was how many lemons got squeezed into your cup, and then you picked a number which matched random spoons to put sugar in.

Caf was squeezing the shit out of his lemons.

Wynne was also ruthless.
People kept rolling 4s, it was weird.
There weren't enough lemons so we had to divide them between Jo & I. I rolled a 5, and we did a rock paper scissors (which I WON) but I ended up getting 5 lemons and Jo ended up getting 1.

My luck got better with getting this tiny ass ear cleaner to add sugar with.

These were what we got:
Jess - Chopsticks and 3 lemons
Wilson - Toothpick and 4 lemons
Wynne - 1/3 cup sized measuring cup, 4 lemons
Jo - Ice cream scoop, 1 lemon
Caf - Rice spoon, 4 lemons
Me - Earpick, 5 lemons
