Because it was Brandon's birthday??

I don't know why or when, but we started calling him B and it stuck.

We had dinner at Red Silks on Bourke St. The sign is so small, I missed it the first time around because I was late and hurrying to get there on time so I didn't pay enough attention.

I had my nice bloody eyeball today which scared everybody at the table. Was it really that bad LOL.

"No offence but don't look at me", I think I heard that a few times. I kinda spent the whole night squinting my left eye to hide it. It's okay maybe closing it helped it heal faster.

I think the worst reaction was Selina, she couldn't look at me at all.

I think this upside down Christmas tree symbolises how China is upside down on the other side of the world.

Me working on B's present...in the restaurant. And a shaky photo of Selina & B that Jess took for me. She helped cover me while I huddled in the corner not-so-subtly putting in the final stitches.

I've been leaving things later and later, seriously this was pretty terrible of me I must admit. Like I was sewing it together on the train to the city and stuffing it on the tram, I have no more shame or dignity to lose man. That's what I call literally last minute.

It's a Monokuro Boo, I remember B wanting one. Since I left it so late the nose is kinda wonky, nothing much I could do about it. It's the thought that counts anyway...right?

We got B some bling, an engraved dog tag which was pree cool. I would like a dog tag too so that people can identify me if they happen to find my corpse somewhere.

The cake was really nice, it was a baked Japanese cheesecake or something. I liked it. I like cheesecake.

We went to Passionflower since we all wanted deserts.

I HAD TO ORDER THE FINAL FANTASY. THAT'S MY CHILDHOOD MAN. Even though it looked like so much black goo in the picture. It actually tasted pretty nice, I don't mind grass jelly and the black sesame ice cream was refreshing.

Selina's 2 scoops, one of them was definitely green tea which I love. Not sure what the other one was, maybe durian or vanilla?

Passionflower's ceiling which I found pretty cool. I actually discovered through tumblr the designer who did all of Passionflower's decorations, Vanessa Gong. She moved to Sydney from China at a young age and now lives in Norway. Pretty cool right? I think she's relatively young as well, idk.
