Vi's B'day

went out for dinner to celebrate Vi's birthday

it's good catching up with Vi, she's always got a story to tell

she just came back from the Gold Coast that very day

Jess called me around 2 to make a card, so I whipped this up
I know Vi likes HTTYD so I picked Toothless
Vi loved it so that made me happy :D I really didn't expect that
anyway, we went to Gami Chicken and Beer
I was immediately in because fried chicken and alcohol sounds like an ideal night

This place doesn't just do chicken, it's got other Korean food too. Jo and Judie ordered this dukbokki (not sure about the spelling)
I tried some, and surprisingly liked it
I usually avoid it because it looks like something that was dredged out of the fiery pits of hell and served on a plate
it was really spicy though

everyone was running late today so we ended up signing the card under the table with Vi right in front of us, but she didn't seem to notice haha

these guys of course got a jug of beer
gonna be honest, I still don't really like the taste of beer...it's ok if you're also eating food but that's just because you can get rid of the awful taste with something else

the staff seemed really over it tonight, they didn't put much energy into service it seemed...
I think we got them back with karma by eating absolutely trashily
