Well rewinding a bit first to my last week or so of freedom
Prepare for another random junk post
Gotta start the day with a nutritional breakfast
Had a pleasant experience trying to sell my Accounting textbook.
Basically the dude contacted me saying he wanted to buy my textbook, and we arranged to meet the next day (Monday) at Southern Cross.
When I arrived the next day, I texted him to ask whether he was there yet. The dude replied "no, we have decided to meet tomorrow, right?"
Turns out he confused me with another seller...(wtf?) and said he'll contact me if he still wanted my book.
So the next day he asked me for the book again, and I got up to head into the city. I was late because of delays, THANKS METRO, so I arrived a bit late. When I got there he had bought the book from somebody else (???) who he thought was me, standing in the same place earlier.
ARGH
So for the second time I went all the way into the city just to find out he didn't want the textbook.
Well I pretended to be cool about it when I actually met him so I dunno why I'm ranting about it here. It was just really annoying. Urgh.
So this was me eating my breakfast after completely failing to sell my textbook.
By the way since the photos in this post aren't that important, I edited the ever living shit out of them in PS. Just a heads up.
Got a new lamp, it's the perfect reading lamp for sitting in bed.
I finished this book, it was excellent. After reading it, I realised they did a really good job with the movie. Well, it's accurate at least.
Had a massive family dinner at my grandma's house, it was her birthday. Obviously my first response was to hide in the laundry with the dog. This dog literally only responds to my dad, he doesn't even like acknowledge my presence or look at me. I don't know how to spell his name in English (Samshi?) but it means 'three meals' in Korean because that's how many meals it would last for.
And lit these candles along the driveway
Ended the night reading and listening to Bastille in bed.
BEFORE YOU JUDGE ME FOR THE WEIRD TOILET ROLL THING LEMME EXPLAIN.
So I read on the internet that sticking your iPod through a toilet roll acts like an amplifier for the speakers, hence the hobo roll.
Um tbh it didn't really work though.
Next day was the first day back at uni, it was a good day.
Went on this jumping castle with uni mates, even though it had puddles in it from the rain. Feel kinda bad though because one of the friends I dragged along ended up falling into a massive pool of water on her butt, it was drenched. (✖╭╮✖)
omg these Japanese emoticons are awesome
I might use them more
This Mogu Mogu drink is delicious. ლ(ಠ益ಠლ

So on Wednesday there was a free sketch club workshop, which normally costs $250 to join for the semester. Plus there was free pizza, so I couldn't say no to that. (ಥ⌣ಥ)
This was some of the stuff they had set up today
This was some of the stuff they had set up today
This is what I drew I guess.
I didn't have my camera on me, so I only have crappy phone pics.
There were some legit awesome drawers in that sketch club though, like (⊙ヮ⊙) level of awesome
I don't think I'll join it though because the classes run pretty late
It was annoying getting home today too, I left at like 6:30pm while it was pitch black outside and raining
BUT THAT DOCTOR WHO THING IN MX MADE EVERYTHING BETTER
Made my day
Made my day
On Thursdays I have an 8:30 start dangit
There was this business set up in the main square place but I chose to hide in the library and catch up on sleep instead
Also I found this in an Op Shop for $3, scoreeee
(*´・v・)
I'm kind of looking forward to this semester, my subjects all seem interesting
╰( ´◔ ω ◔ `)╯
Okay so my blog became like a Japanese teenage girl's for one day
That's all
