Catch Up

...with Chichi (haha, that's an inside joke for those who know)

I'm posting a blog on the same day that it happened! Well, same-ish. That's gotta be a first, ey.
Today we met up at Brandon's house to catch up since Chi's back in Melbourne (for now) he's studying in Sydney.
I almost didn't come today...the remote for our family car randomly stopped working after we dropped it so we got stranded in Oakleigh, argh. I won't go into too much detail because it'll probably put me in a bad mood again, but I'm glad I did come because today was crazily entertaining and fun, as well as exhausting (mainly from laughing).

I sucked it up and took the bus, arrived just in time to start eating lunch and to see a certain someone break a certain something. Here's Jess' sandwich making skills in display.

I always mix my soft drinks
This looks like whiskey but it's actually Pepsi + some other passionfruit-flavoured soft drink

Then Damo and Bread arrived with CC.

Who instantly became the centre of attention.

Cheers Judie for taking this picture

And this picture

OK so my blog temporarily became a baby blog
And no, that's not the expression I always make around babies
I was trying to get CC to look at me

Bread took CC home and we started playing Nintendo Land on Wii U

I have some good reaction shots from today.

Heiman was evil

LOL
To her credit Judith's the only one who noticed me taking sneaky photos

The first game was based on Mario
Basically 4 people had to team up to chase down one person
This game was equally frustrating + hilarious

The fastest game was when Judith got caught in 9 seconds.
She requested that I add in here that Heiman was second fastest with 11 seconds, and that also after gunning for Heiman for multiple rounds she finally exacted her revenge and caught him. Heiman's crime was bulldozing through her and knocking her over from behind while invincible.

The second game was a ghost game which I sucked at and also creeped out a few people...I have no photos, sorry. I was too busy being a terrible ghost.
Here's a photo of a Sour Chew instead.

AHAHA. This progression of photos cracks me up. I think it's the perfect example of how frustrating the first game could be (either for the losers or winners)
Sorry if these photos are a bit blurry, it was actually getting pretty dark. I think we were all just too lazy to turn on the lights
Plus there's something better / more interesting when you play games in the dark, it's like watching movies in the dark.

Took a (well-needed) break to eat some apple...something
apple pie / apple bake / apple tart?
Anyway Judie made it and it was awesome
Thanks Jo for giving me the extra ice cream I really appreciate it.

The next game we played was based on Animal Crossing.
Oh my god it was SO FUNNY. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS.
Like I would buy a Wii U just for this minigame.

You have to collect the fruit and your head expands and you can vomit out the fruit again rapidly
I'M SORRY
That's the best I can explain it, I'm cracking up again just thinking about it
This is the sound effect I made to accompany my elephant
"A BLAH BLAHBLAH BLAH BLABHALBHAB LBHA"

Check out my elephant, with the massive head

Eeeheeehee

Our lolly stash

Judie being a clever guard (s)

It was getting pretty late, somehow 6 hours passed by without me realising at all
We parted ways, I got a lift home from Judie
Ridiculously fun day
rematch again soon guys
