friendship bracelet

I was late to Selina's 21st and overall just late in getting things done
as always
trying to get on top of that sometime

I actually had more things planned for her 21st other than like one drawing but didn't really get time to finish them unfortunately
no lie I actually was trying to madly finish off a present before her 21st on the night of the thing, but it was getting to the point where I might miss the whole thing if I spent any more time on it, so I had to drop it and go

it was a huge plush Odie, like the Odie from Garfield, and you may probably see that later
you know what you will see all my late presents as I update

I said on the night that I was late because I had to go to uni and collect a folio, which was technically not a lie tho
because that did happen and I did have to stop and talk to the teacher who failed me for one assignment, apparently she just thought I didn't submit at all for some reason
because I don't know, teachers don't tend to remember I exist or something? only explanation I can think of
and she had to sit there and grade the whole thing again so that I could not be a complete failure
academically
but still a total failure at life

so this whole process took way longer than I thought it would
because I remember friendship bracelets being a primary school thing so I thought it'd take no time at all
nup I was wrong

anyway just following the steps that I vaguely remembered from primary school like clipping it down
the one I made in primary school was all the one same shade of green wool and I also never finished it

but I did finish this one

I thought Selina would like these colours and I hope she did
because that gold thread was really just giving me a hard time when I was trying to put it together
she hasn't been like "ahem.. I uh, 'lost it'" yet at least
actually she wore it on her travels which was nice because it felt like a part of me was travelling too although in reality I was doing 0% travelling and 100% staying in my room
