Selina's 21st

today was the day of Selina's super fancy 21st at the Conservatory
and I was late
boo me bad Edward
I mean being late is already bad, but being late to a buffet?? unforgivable

prepare for a looot of photos
and this time they're not mainly of food! amazing

this was my first course

everybody was dressed up to the nines tonight

you know I was thinking about it when I saw this photo but
I think Heiman and Steph are a perfect example of two people with completely opposite personalities

I think I stopped taking photos of my own food after this cos I was running out of time and also torn between eating and taking photos of people
I do regret not coming earlier because then I would've gotten to eat more
I was actually frantically working on a stuffed toy for Selina but that did..not get done on time
you'll see that later sometime, I did eventually finish it

a plate of desserts that was not mine but they look nice anyways

you had to pay like $12 for each bottle of water here, I found that outrageous personally
but you have no other option unless you want tap water but that's just socially unacceptable at this place

then I wandered around a bit taking photos of the Conservatory

you know what made me feel weird, there were like people in sweats who looked like they get regularly dragged along here by their families every week
this place is like 5 cuts above my price range, like what

anyways the dessert area in particular looked amazing
I wanted to try  e v e r y t h i n g
unfortunately my stomach is not the size of a small car so I did not get to do as such

I can't help myself sometimes and also most of the time

we are 100% posh all of the time forever !
then the staff brought out Selina's maaaassive durian/something else cake hybrid
honestly, it was so big, opulenceee

this photo looks a little like I'm asking somebody to dance but what is actually happening is I am politely asking for my camera back from Heiman because I have a 50% hunch he might actually end up smashing it and I have to keep my face from looking obviously panicked

I was honestly so stuffed at this point I wasn't sure if I could fit anything else in

between like 20 people this was all we could eat out of this cake
I'm pretty sure this cake alone fed Selina's family for the next few months

tonight was a nice night for food and catching up, it was nice to catch up with Steph too who I haven't seen in forever
