Duke of Waffles

Judith asked me the night before if I wanted to go eat waffles in the city since a few people were free before Uni started again.
As soon as I heard the word 'waffle', I was like "I'M THERE MAN, I'M THERE."
So met up with Choo, Judie, Jo & Heiman in the city.

Chooi-ee always manages to find scoupons for stuff, it fascinates me. I'm too lazy to be proactive when it comes to small things like everyday life and socialising.
(sarcasm)
Judiee asked me to take a photo of the lights they had inside, they were cubes!

The inside of Duke of Waffles.

Unfortunately Chooi-ee's deal didn't include dessert waffles, but instead included soup.
Although since this was my breakfast I guess that's a good thing to eat real food. I get really lazy in the summer when there's no food in the fridge and just eat ice cream for breakfast, it makes me sick but like whatever.

I didn't take any pictures of people, because obviously food is more IMPORTANT.
After waffles we had time to kill, so we relocated to MC. I never knew there was a garden there, it's pretty amazing. I like it since it's kind of hidden away.

I find fake grass kind of strange. I wonder how much time it takes to put in all the individual blades of grass. This was what was visible to the left of us, outside the window. It's pretty scenic.

The Fake Garden in MC was a pretty decent place to chill, there weren't too many people there that day so the atmosphere was nice and peaceful.

It got too hot in there after a while, like a greenhouse, so we relocated once again.
We thought that going to the open square in QV would be a good idea.

It wasn't.

Heiman blinking.
This photo doesn't really show it, but it was windy as hell outside on that day.
Let me find a better photo.

There we go. Imagine that, just constantly blowing in your face.We still managed to take a ton of photos though. Thanks Judith for stealing my camera and bothering to take them, or I would've just kept it in my pocket.

Joey smiling, and Heiman blinking, again.

Heiman.

And Chooi-ee.

Judie wanted to take a picture of my hobo boots.

I dressed like a hobo today too.
Here's me trying to curl up into a little ball. I'm practising for when I'm homeless and have to sleep in dumpsters.

Then Judie

thought it would be a good idea to

do

this.

Ze girls.

And ze girls again.

And their shoes.

I took some pics of the clouds passing by.

And the wind.

We got tired of the relentless gale force winds after a while and went to eat Maccas and chat in the MC food court. Heiman had work so he left. I didn't take any photos but here's what we drew. I took this just then so sorry if it's too dark.

It's our CAT - WAFFLE - BACON thing. What you do is take turns drawing a line or two at a time, and eventually you end up with some strange, mangled looking creature.
Afterwards we went home, it was around 5:30PM. Managed to spend a whole day in the city, catching up and not doing much. Judiee went to Costco by herself (I'm actually legit jealous) to shop with her family, while the rest of us went home.

That's all folks.
